I stand corrected.   If you want to key the Accessory port FSK input from a
RS-232 Tx Data line, you'll need the switch.

NO you don''t!  The K3 has this stuff built in, and it works great --
there's 
a menu setting to turn it on and off. Study the menu settings in the manual 
and you'll find it.
