Jorge, That message tells you that you do not have the Transmit filter set correctly - use K3 Utility and set the CW and SSB transmit filter to the 2.7 (or 2.8) kHz filter. If you have the 6 kHz filter, select it for AM Transmit, and if the 13 kHz filter, select it for FM transmit.
