I've had NO problems at all with N1MM sending CW to ONE RADIO, either with DTR or the parallel port. It does NOT do well with two radios SO2R. For that you need WinKey. By all means, use DTR on the serial port that you use to control the radio unless you want to do SO2R. Just go into the Config menu (long push) and set the K3 to take CW from DTR. Then set either QSK for full break-in or VOX, depending on your preferences. There's no good reason to bother with the parallel port. I only did so when trying to get SO2R to work without WinKey. 73, Jim K9YC ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
