Now you know that is NOT going to happen..and I am an ex-Dealer too! >From experience the "Big 3" would take anywhere from a day or two to no reply at all for anything of this nature and usually it was "less than helpful" at best.
Elecraft have set the bar way too high for "large" companies hamstrung (pun intended) by management when it comes to contacting their factory people for assistance. You do not hear about factory engineers communicating with their customer base, they employed to design the "next black box" and bring it to market.
