Popular Science (magazine), Nov. 1999, p. 72 has an article about various proposed interactive TV systems that have a voting procedure. Are the days of other election methods (paper ballots, etc.) numbered (assuming there would be total security for voting on public issues or for public office candidates to avoid fraud) ???
