Not sure who you would talk to at this stage of the game. The election is only a couple of weeks away, and it might be years before the county supervisors have an opportunity to act on this measure. This ballot measure doesn't actually implement any election method. It's more about giving the county an incentive to purchase voting equipment capable of supporting ranked balloting, whenever the current equipment is replaced. One of the criticisms of the measure is that "Instant Runoff" is not actually defined in the proposal, so that implementation is left up to the board of supervisors. Bart Ingles
