As you said, both Runoff & IRO meet Majority Loser. They
also both meet Condorcet loser.

As you also said, IRO, but not Runoff meets Clone Independence.
Likewise for Mutual majority.

But those latter 2 criteria are special case criteria.

Runoff, when it guarantees a CW will win if it comes in 1st
or 2nd in the 1st balloting, gives us a more generally helpful
guarantee.
