I get the error as follows:
P-Well contact is floating
N-Well contact is floating
P-Well contact 'sub...@89' not connected to ground
N-Well contact 'w...@0' not connected to power
The ERC well check is not intended to work on schematics, only
layout. I don't see how it could work on schematics, since there are
no well contacts and well areas in schematics, and that is what is
being checked.
As far as the CNFET layout that is failing, could you please send
this to me for analysis.
