Luis and Gilda, For your info, I've just used back electric-9.01 with java-3D plugin in Windows 7 environment , then I'm able to see the 3D layout stack successfully from my 3D preferences (Preferences -> Display -> 3D). Does anyone able to see the 3D layout stack successfully by using electric-9.02 with java-3D plugin in Windows 7 environment ? Please feedback.

I had a bad installation the java-3d package in my OS.
