You can create a new symbol with the “ModelB” and instantiate the new symbol.
If you’ve already drawn the schematic you
will have to select each one and type in the new model.

Subject: bulk model change

Been a while and I've gotten rusty. I have a couple of moderately complex
designs and I need to change MOS models. I'd like to change all PMOS models
from "ModelA" to "ModelB" and similar for NMOS. Is there a method to do this
for all instances in bulk or do they need to be changed individually? (Ouch!)

Thanks
DaveT
