My only advice would be to just be honest and loving in the way you share this experience with your husband. It might be just as simple as letting him know how much you enjoy it and that it doesn�t in anyway interfere with your love and enjoyment of him (so he isn�t threatened by it). If you can let go of any attachments you might have to him trying it out, he might be more relaxed about talking about it.
Of course you know him the best and are in the best position to know how to broach this subject with him. Still, it seems to me that until you can successfully share your activity in this area with him, your relationship with him may be somewhat stifled.
