Yes, I think I can :)
The plugin loaded will be the most recent version, with priority given
to plugins in ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/.
So if you have plugin poblesec 0.8 in your development branch and in
~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/, the latter will be used. To work around that,
just remove all plugins in ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/.
