Kristian,
If you're using Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get remove --purge python-elisa elisa
elisa-plugins-{good,bad,ugly}
apt-get would suggest you to remove the unused dependencies, just answer
no.
Also be sure to check there's no /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/elisa*
