So you don't have any plugin in ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/ ? If you are running elisa from a development branch in ~/development/elisa/elisa-current, then only the plugins in ~/development/elisa/elisa-current and those in ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/ should be used.
