Kernel 2.6.26.2 is not a kernel from a yum repository, I've downloaded it from kernel.org I just abandoned the "Fedora way" and build a custom vanilla kernel not only for em28xx but for many other issue I have on my laptop (i.e. the sisfb module). If you dont't have problems with Fedora kernels I suggest to use this HowTo to make em28xx-new works. Best regards,
