Being merely a sporadic contributor (and no elisp hacker at all) I
will not volunteer, but I am happy to support.

I am using git for most of the code, svn only for legacy projects now
and monotone exclusively for ada-mode. I prefer two versions control
systems than three and did not dig into technical superiority of
either monotone or git.

GitHub? This is where most of the projects switch these days.

Only recently I witnessed migration of HOL Light and Poly/ML from SVN
to Git and they both are now hosted on Github.
