Ahh, yes: I'm using XeTeX from the SVN sources. There has this switch  
happened to what is default (the only option) on Linux or MS Losedos.  
If you're using XeTeX as distributed by TeX Live, then XeTeX uses by  
default xdv2pdf on Mac OS X. So you need to switch (back) my settings.
