I have this problem /all the time/. I had assumed it was known until this thread. I find it really annoying. What can I do to help? I'm running on 10.5.2, and rc3. BTW, my cursor /does/ blink. I've always assumed this was part of the problem. In my I-haven't-actually-spent-event-10-seconds-on-it mind, it seems to occur if I move the cursor during its blink cycle. Ok - I spent another five seconds on it: if I time a cmd-tab so the cursor is off when I switch to the other application, switch back and change cursor position quickly, I can make it happen regularly. I'm not sure this is the /only/ way it happens, but I will say I do notice it more when I'm in work-cycles that involve a lot of app switching. -bjc ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference Don't miss this year's exciting event.
