For the record, I think we should first enhance the Worg documentation on Org's syntax before applying to register Org as a MIME type. https://orgmode.org/worg/dev/org-syntax.html is useful but my feeling is that it describes Org "syntax" from the point of view of the Emacs parser -- we surely need something a bit more agnostic for registering Org as MIME type.
