I just learned that gnu.org has some kind of redirect that automatically
points to some gothub instance:

https://www.gnu.org/gothub

It is currently not fully operational, but the general idea with a
dedicated redirect page sounds useful.

Also, https://g.opnxng.com/libredirect/instances scripts automatically
pulls working frontend instances.
