Can I ask for it to be done, then?  This'd save me some effort and
enable more transparency when updating Elisp packages in Gentoo :-)

Currently, I have to download them to our servers and then compress
them.  I make sure the contents are bit-for-bit identical as ELPA but it
means that the direct link to upstream is missing.
