Writing a LaTeX document in org (9.6.15)... and it's been a while since I've
done this.

I tweaked org-latex-hyperref-template to add `colorlinks=true`. Now when I
export, I get:

\usepackage[urlcolor=blue,colorlinks=true]{hyperref}

... OK! -- except that in the exported document, links are fuchsia. Now, I
don't necessarily *mind* the fuchsia, but I'm not sure how that relates to
`urlcolor=blue`.

If I did want them to be really blue, what should i customize?

Related question: the links are bright red in the table of contents. IMO it
makes sense for the links to be colored in the text, but it's a bit of overkill
in the table of contents where one might expect entries to be clickable. So
ideally I would like black in the table of contents, and perhaps something less
eye-burning than hot pink in the text. How to do that?

TIA,
hjh
