Hi James,

when I stumble on issues, I tend to generate the LaTeX file form org amd
then do the tweaking on that before I go back to org.
It looks like you are modifying a subset of the settings for hyperref. You
might need to customise more settings.

PS: you might also want to get org from elpa for a more up-to-date version
