The doc strings of load-suffixes and load-file-rep-suffixes left me confused as to what each of the two lists does. They (the doc strings) are too verbose, reference each other in complicated and confusing ways, but leave some key concepts undefined. In particular, the meaning of a "true" suffix is not explained well enough (and I think that using this word here is not a good idea anyway).
