OK, I've added a file based on the one for GDB.  Its probably not quite
right so perhaps others could make a few changes/additions.

I don't know how it is determined which files get included in binary
distributions but I see that, with Fedora at least, the DEBUG file is
included.  I think it would be a good idea for this file to be included too.
