Once again, please stop discussing GNU policy on this list, it is off-topic here. In general, the discussions among the Emacs maintainers regarding procedural issues such as this one are posted here just for letting others know; we would appreciate if everyone else except the maintainers and the people directly involved in the incident -- in this case, only Yuan -- will remain silent listeners, and let us do our job to resolve the problem at hand. Please don't force me to set the "moderation" flag of people who keep posting about these issues disregarding my repeated requests not to do so.
