I'm sure it was a typo, but you mean AppleScript, not AppleTalk. Normally 
this wouldn't really matter, but AppleTalk is a real thing, and disabling 
extensions for it might yield unexpected results (although, I don't think 
any of the effected systems in question will HAVE an AppleTalk 
extension... I don't think I have seen one carry that name since the 
system 6 init days)
