I would advise against creating a mail action that filters on this.

That ID is your mail server's unique SMTP record ID. It is assigned by 
your mail server for EVERY email you get, and no two should ever have the 
exact same ID number... ever.

If you filter on this, you will find that before you know it, many many 
legit emails will be tossed out as well.
