Nope, I had joined some 6 months before I stumbled onto the heads up and 
went to Yahoo to opt out.

I think they've recently implemented one -- got a message about something 
like that, and saw it mentioned on their Web page -- but haven't 
authorized it to be applied to my account. However I think when spam is 
reported the BellSouth folks will attempt to track down the originator, 
as well as notifying relay systems of what is happening. I did this for a 
while when I first got on the 'Net, but it took =way= too much of my time.
