If you are running version 2.0v3 (must be v3), then you don't need to do 
ANY y2k fixes. There was a hack needed for about 2 months to fix an AOL 
bug, but AOL fixed the problem on their end, rendering the hack pointless.

In fact, I would recommend that if anyone is running a y2k hacked version 
of 2.0v3, to go to an unhacked version. The original hack caused problems 
with attachment encoding. The hack was later ammended to avoid that 
crash, but since it isn't needed, there is no reason to run with it at 
all and risk that something else may be effected as well.


But this all applies to 2.0v3 and 2.0v3 only.
