Hello again -
Lurking and watching - you folks are a wonderful source of info.
This time the problem I have is my own @##$@(*# fault but I don't know
what to do to fix it.
Because I receive a fair amount of rich text and html email my Downloads
folder has gotten unmanageable. Problem is there are some pictures I want
in that folder so I can't just trash it. I tried to open the folder
itself last night and it just sat there with the wristwatch spinning for
over an hour before I gave up.
Other problem - I don't remember all the file names of the stuff I want
to recover, else I'd just pull it out using Find File.
Any way anybody can think of to browse the contents of this folder prior
to trashing the html garbage? I promise not to do this again.
