Do a Get Info on the folder... how many items are in it (plan to do this and go out for dinner, or go to bed and check it in the morning). If it is less than about 4000, you should be able to just open it... but it will take a LONG time. Open it, and again, go to bed and check it in the morning. Baring that, I'm not sure what you can do. I think once you hit the max items a folder can handle, you can't add anything else to it, so I don't think you can't gain access to it, I think it will just be very slow in opening it. Worst case, you can probably throw together an applescript that walks the folder and moves anything matching a certain criteria to the trash (ie: ending in ".html"). A few passes of that (and empty the trash between passes), will probably lower the count to a more managable size. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
