Yet Another Error Msg

When I try to send a test msg from AT&T WorldNet to Adelphia I get the 
following error msg:

....................................

** 550 relaying mail to att.net is not allowed

      ** SMTP server error "503 No recipients specified"
...........................................................................
...........................................................................
....................................

And the message remains in my "Out" folder - obviously not sent.

Any way to fix that?
