I feel like a broken record, but why stick with them if they are that bad. I left years ago. It was a minor hastle getting people to realize that my address had changed, but I don't think that anyone important lost track of me. I get maybe 5 pieces of SPAM per day at this address, and it takes instants to delete them. Deleting is far easier than trying to block it. I just don't take spam personally. I'm much more concerned with the cold calls on my telephone while I'm sitting on the john. I really must remember to make sure I take the cordless phone with me when I'm working.
