It must be possible in some way, because a friend who has a Hotmail
account and sends me email almost daily, and hers come through just fine
as plaintext (as well as my daughter's, and she has Hotmail - but she's
running an older iBook).
It must be in there somewhere... but knowing Micro$oft, it ain't likely
that it's simple.
