I get these regularly, and they're not all spam (some are responses to
some help wanted ads I place online). My best guess is that it's a form
of HTML that emailer doesn't recognize (hence, no file attachment).
The next time I see one, I'll see what appears in Mail Siphon (so I can
rule out any part Emailer plays in the apparently blank email).
