Let me put in a plug for Chris's Baton Mail. When I switched DSL services some time ago, I ran smack into the authentication problem, which totally prevented Emailer from sending out messages. At someone's recommendation, I signed up for this list; made contact with Chris (and a few other very helpful people); learned about Baton Mail; problem solved! I use an embarrassingly old Mac OS, but when the rumored 970 chip PowerMacs come out, I'm getting new hardware and moving up to OS X. This email list has encouraged me to believe that I can continue to use CE with OS X. I don't know which is more impressive, the continuing robustness of Claris Emailer, or the savvy of the subscribers to this list!
