When the addresses are in the To/Cc lists... 1. Act as if you are going to forward the message to someone... the addresses will appear in the body of the forwading email. 2. Open the address book 3. Open a "New Group" window 4. Select and drag blocks of addresses from the body of the forwarding email into the "New Group" window. Avoid selecting the non-address text... it's easy to avoid. I'd expect the same thing to work with a typed list, though it may need to be edited into a list with returns delimiting each address... I haven't tried it, so that's just a guess. Can't help with the spread sheet... sorry.
