Large? 77 MB? Mine, after a rebuild, encroaches CD size. 77mb is very modest. Just to make sure, run Emailer, and open the emailer folder, and double check that THAT Emailer is running.... Deleting the temp folder should work, and if it doesn't, try deleting it once more, and doing an immediate rebuild. Can't think of much more....
