These battles can probably be avoided (or lessened) if I may make one 
suggestion to Mark. No, not "censor what you say" as I don't believe in 
that. Say anything you want, support the first amendment. If I'm offended 
by what you say, I'll delete it, if I'm offeneded by you often enough, 
I'll route your emails directly to the trash.)

But Mark, if you reverse your quotes with your signature, so your name 
and info come first, then it will lessen any confusion if your quotes are 
just that, personal quote tag lines and NOT part of an email message.

People tend to get far less offended by a quote when it is obviously just 
a personal quote line. But right now your quotes go above your signature, 
which can make them appear as part of the email message, which can make 
people think you are making a direct statement.


Just my own observation (as someone who has routinly read right into your 
quotes and then had to pause to figure out what the heck it had to do 
with the email before realizing that it was just another tag line... then 
I usually smile at whatever the joke was)
