What was done to the troops coming home from Vietnam was a sin. I
was in the Army from 1975-79 and am familiar with it, though I never had
to serve in Vietnam.
OTOH, you can't base all your reponses to what's done and said in
the rest of your life on your resentment over that. It's a new day. Lay
that burden down and move on.
