Hi Christopher,
Emailer is a wonderful solution to consolidating all her email. The
problem is that if AOL is her ISP, and she uses Emailer (via TCP
connection) to check email while already connected to AOL, AOL will
assume that she is logged in twice and not allow it.

If she is using Mac OS 9.1 or less, get the revised AOL CCL's from
ftp://ftp.mythech.net

Once those are installed, Emailer ought to be able to correctly dial up
AOL itself & get all the mail. Global Village can probably use one of the
Hayes modem drivers.

Another thing to consider; if she uses AOL mostly for email, and could
use a different web browser... Then reduce the AOL plan to the cheapest
one, and spend the difference on an ISP. there are several $10/month
ISP's around, so the cost would be about the same. If she did this, then
it would be easy to make the ISP connection, then check all mail accounts
as a Emailer TCP connection.

Hope this helps.
Best,
Dave Nathanson
