I also continue to have this problem but not as bad. I have tried multiple rebuilds, throwing away the temp folder. Taking the .ds? file out of the folder. Basically every fix that has been recommended but the problem still remains but it does not duplicate all the time nor does it duplicate every email. Since I renamed the Claris folder to Claris Emailer New, the problem does not seem to be as bad.
System 10.2.6 Dual G4.
