Although you are free to setup another FTP site, if all you do is FTP then you would be duplicating my services. My site is open to anyone that wants to upload emailer related items. I don't really monitor it very much, so its only form of policing is the fact that you have to know the username and password to upload. Those are "public" for the username, and leave the password blank. Or, anyone can upload to the "incoming" directory at any time without a username and password.
