One of the options when you setup an account in Emailer (click the
Options tab when you are editing the account in Emailer) is to leave the
mail on the server.

If you check that option, then when Emailer downloads the mail, it will
NOT tell the server to delete the mail it downloaded. That means you can
then go to another computer, running either another copy of Emailer or
some other email client, and download that mail a 2nd time.

This is, in my opinion, the best way of temporarily dealing with holding
mail so you can download it to a different email client.

It is possible to Export/Import mail from Emailer, but it can be tricky,
and it doesn't carry over everything (like attachments).
