This is exactly why I didn't mention the Redirect feature, because I knew
it would cause confusion (not many mail clients have it, so most people
don't know what it is or what it does).

But since Roger brought it up, and now you (Doug) have shown an
interest... Emailer has a "Redirect" option that can be used instead of
"Forward". Its very much the same as forward, except what it does is
sends the email to the "redirected" recipient, and uses the original
senders info as the return info. So the new recipient sees the email as
if it came from the original sender, instead of as coming from the person
that forwarded it.

To access this feature in Emailer, select the email you wish to redirect,
then choose "Redirect" from the Mail menu, or click the icon with the red
check mark shaped arrow in the toolbar (next to the green "forward" arrow
icon). Then address the email to whoever should receive it and then send
it.

If you are forwarding emails between Emailer databases to consolidate,
then the Redirect feature may be more desirable, simply because it
retains the original senders info as the return path. However, a Forward
email will contain that info as well, just in the body of the email
instead of in the headers, so you don't loose anything by using Forward,
but you do gain a step of convenience and cleanness by using Redirect.
