Have you called yourself? Did they admit that Emailer could connect to 
AOL, and thus that there is in fact a problem?

Usually, they just deny that Emailer can connect to AOL, and so say it 
isn't their problem to fix.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't complain... AOL made that claim with the 
y2k issue, but then fixed the problem anyway. However, it may take a more 
"public" forum to get action. Complaining to their tech support is a nice 
first step, but the correct people may never see those complaints. It may 
take a mention in some of the popular mac web forums to get the right 
people to notice it and fix it.

On the other hand, that may backfire and cause AOL to just pull the plug 
entirely on the Emailer gateway. But hey, I no longer use Emailer to 
check AOL mail, so I've got nothing to loose... so go ahead and do 
whatever you AOL users want to get this fixed :-p
