Yes and the tech said that this is a problem with their server.

My thought is that if we don't complain they will continue to make 
changes and then it won't work for us anymore.  The whole reason I use 
emailer is that it is the only software I know of that can check all my 
address without having to log onto AOL.  If we can't get this fixed, it 
could continue to kill the usefullness of this product.
