After trying everything suggested by Chris, my wife's emailer still freezes the computer after it launches. I'm considering installing a fresh copy of Emailer, but just want to make sure I do it correctly. After installing the new copy and presumably creating a new CE folder, do I simply drag the old Emailer Files folder into the new CE folder? Should I trash the old preferences?
Of course if the problem is with my old database, then I guess I will not have accomplished anything, but I won't be any worse off than before I tried.
