Now that we know where the issue probably lies, a contact that has some 
knowledge and power can be made.

Someone needs to go to their beta site and get involved with the beta 
test. From there they should be able to reach someone that knows enough 
of what is going on to then be able to PEACEFULLY explain to them that 
they broke the Emailer gateway, and could it possibly be fixed in one of 
the updates to their mail system.
